Message from the Pastor 
During the months of July and August, the church family can be comfortable and dress in Church Casual Attire (No sundresses, halters, tube tops, leggings, capri, etc...)

Leadership Meeting

Attention all Auxiliary Leaders, Ministry Leaders, Presidents, Chairpersons, Trustees, and Deacons only. You are asked to attend this important meeting with Pastor Jacko, on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 10:30a. to discuss the Church Budget for 2011.

New Members Orientation

 New Members Orientation meets each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. An invitation is extended to all new and seasoned members of Greater Golden Gate to attend “the eight class sessions.” The classes are designed to help you to grow spiritually and to develop a strong effective Christian life.

Nursery Department

The Nursery Department is now open during Sunday Morning Worship Service. If you have children between the ages of 0-3, please bring them to the nursery located in the Main Sanctuary Building. If you would like to work in the nursery, please contact
Sis. Dobbie Blackburn.

Student Ministries

The Student Ministry meetings will be held bi-monthly (2nd & 4th Wednesday nights of each month) at 6:30p. All children and youth are encouraged to attend.

Sunday School

To all Parents and Guardians: Please bring your Children and Youth to Sunday School at 9:30a. in the Educational Building.

Senior Citizen Ministry

The Senior Citizen Ministry members will not meet during the month of July 2010.

City Wide Brotherhood Banquet

The Annual Cornelius Lee Scholarship Banquet will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 7:00p. at the Holiday Inn  on Wintergreen and I-35. Guest Speaker will be Rev. C.W. Wallace, Pastor of the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Dallas. A donation of $35.00 is requested. To receive a ticket, please see Deacon Isaac Finley or Sis. Ruby Finley.

People And Nutrition

The People and Nutrition program will give a box of food to seniors who have registered for this program. You will receive canned vegetables, fruits, juices, cereal, milk, rice, peanut butter, etc.
Pick-up food Friday, July 30th @ 10:00a. to 12:00 noon.

Prison Ministry Revival

If you are interested in going to the Prison Ministry Revival - Michael Unit, please sign up today at the church. Must have last 4 digits of your drivers license number. The Prison Ministry Revival will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010.
